David L. McLean — Senior Partner
David has over thirty years in senior leadership roles within sales management, marketing, manufacturing, and technology. He is an alumni of Microsoft and most recently Amazon.com.
David functioned as the LEAN Supply Chain improvement “subject matter expert” for Amazon Retail teams, served as Operations Manager for Amazon Warehouse Deals, and coordinating the Project Office across Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, and Retail teams as part of Amazon’s overall Vendor supply chain improvement effort. David has worked within Fluke Networks, Meridian Sports Holdings, Johnson Worldwide, and Head Sports in business unit management, product management, sales management, and engineering management roles.
David holds an MBA in technology management.
Kathy McLean — COO/Partner
Kathy has over 25 years experience in senior leadership, formal project management, operational oversight, and financial management for corporations and non-profits. She has significant experience with search optimization within the Amazon A9 search engine. Kathy manages operations, finance, and item setup workflows for LEAN Channel Management.
Kathy holds a BA in Design.
Agen G.N. Schmitz — Senior Manager
Agen has over 18 years of e-commerce content and marketing experience. After three years as Senior Editor with the Amazon.com Electronics Store, he started a freelance business to provide rich product content, blogging, and targeted buying guides to support a wide range of Amazon groups — including Computers, Cell Phones, Sports & Outdoor, Tools & Home Improvement, Home & Kitchen, and Jewelry.
Agen holds a BA in American Studies.
